Town Council opens public hearing on floodplain ordinance update

NH HOOKSETT — Hooksett Town Council opened a public hearing on amendments to Floodplain Ordinance #00-7, with Code Enforcement Officer Dana Pendergast explaining that FEMA's updated maps must be adopted by March 15, 2026, or the town risks losing flood insurance program participation.
