NH HOOKSETT — Hooksett Town Council reviews $22.6M budget with road-paving funding shift. Town Administrator Andre Garron's recommended FY 2027-28 budget of $22,611,941 represents a 1.24 percent increase over the current year, but road resurfacing funding expires with the March 2022 warrant article and now faces a separate voter approval process; without that shift, expenditures would reach $23.2 million. The budget includes $310,587 in union-approved raises, a 12 percent health insurance premium increase, and additions of part-time positions for code enforcement and finance.

Library Trustees' recommended budget restores hours reduced in FY 2026-27, opening at 9:30 a.m. and closing 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
